JFK flat-rate pricing by destination
The price you confirm is the price you pay — inclusive of tolls, taxes, and fees, with no surge for traffic, weather, or demand.
Flat rates to and from JFK, inclusive of tolls and taxes; gratuity optional, no surge. Manhattan and Suffolk are flat; other destinations show starting rates that vary by exact pickup. Luxury Sedan (Mercedes S-Class), Luxury SUV (Escalade ESV), and Sprinters are quoted per trip — request a quote for the exact figure, and the number you see is the number you pay.
Built for the way you travel
Corporate & executive assistants
A reserved car with a known price and a tracked flight removes the two biggest risks of booking for someone else: a missed connection and a surprise fare. Rides roll up into a monthly corporate invoice.
Family offices & private clients
Discreet, consistent ground handling for principals and guests — the same standard on every trip.
Production teams
People, cases, and gear moved together on a schedule, with one point of contact for changes.
Families
Room for car seats, strollers, and checked bags, with a chauffeur who loads everything at the pickup point.
Groups
One vehicle instead of several sedans scattered across a construction-era terminal, keeping everyone together.
Private-aviation travelers
Coordination between a private or charter flight and a commercial JFK terminal, or a ground transfer around the airport.
Point-to-point or hourly?
- Point-to-point is the straightforward airport run: a single flat rate from your address to JFK, or from JFK to your destination. Choose this when you know both ends of the trip.
- Hourly (as-directed) holds a chauffeur and vehicle for a set window, billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Choose this when the day includes waiting, multiple stops, or an uncertain schedule — a same-day arrival, meetings, then a return to the airport. The vehicle stays with you rather than being released after one leg.
Choose the right vehicle
At an airport, luggage decides the vehicle more often than headcount does.
- Executive Sedan (Mercedes E-Class / BMW 5 Series) — one or two travelers with light bags; efficient and discreet for business trips.
- Luxury Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) — executives who want a quieter cabin and more rear-seat space.
- Executive SUV / Luxury SUV (Suburban / Escalade ESV) — families, car seats, or extra luggage that a sedan trunk can't take.
- Executive Sprinter — groups, production crews, or larger families who want everyone and everything in one vehicle.
- Jet Sprinter — a premium group option for VIP arrivals.
Every vehicle includes WiFi, charging, and bottled water, and your chauffeur handles the luggage. Car seats are available on request at $25 per seat; include each child's age when you book and allow 48 hours.
Where your chauffeur meets you at JFK
JFK is in the middle of a $19 billion redevelopment (Port Authority Builds), and that has changed where arriving cars can collect passengers. The old assumption — “my car will be at the curb the moment I walk out” — no longer holds at every terminal or hour.
This is where a professional service earns its price: rather than promise a curbside pickup the airport may not allow, your chauffeur confirms the precise meeting point before you exit — a designated pickup point, the Terminal 4 lot, or the Howard Beach lot. JFK's active terminals are 1, 4, 5, 7, and 8 (JFK terminals); a New Terminal One and a new Terminal 6 are opening in phases through 2026. Share your flight number and terminal so dispatch positions for the current pickup point. A meet-and-greet greeter can be arranged on request.
Arriving from overseas
International arrivals take longer than domestic ones because you clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection before you reach the pickup point. If you hold Global Entry— CBP's program for expedited clearance of pre-approved, low-risk travelers — mention it when you book so we can tighten the pickup window.
Your booking includes flight tracking, so an early or late landing is handled without a call from you, and complimentary wait time runs from your actual arrival to cover customs, immigration, and baggage — 90 minutes for international arrivals and 60 for domestic (wait-time policy). For a first-time or overseas arrival, a greeter can walk you from arrivals to your vehicle on request.
How booking works
Reserve
Book online at chauffeurservice.nyc/book, call 347-321-9929, or email — with your flight number, terminal, date and time, addresses, passenger count, and vehicle class.
Confirm your flat rate
You receive a confirmed quote, typically within the hour, and the flat rate is locked.
We track your flight
Monitoring begins before you land; if the arrival time shifts, the pickup adjusts automatically.
Meet and go
Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting point for your terminal and time, handles your bags, and you're on your way.
Black car vs taxi, rideshare, and AirTrain
How a pre-booked black car compares with the alternatives for a JFK trip. Pick what fits your priorities.
A rideshare or taxi may cost less for a solo traveler with a carry-on and flexible timing, and the AirTrain plus subway is the lowest-cost option (JFK pickup & drop-off). A pre-booked black car earns its price on a fixed pickup time, luggage help, a late-night or overseas arrival, or a known, expensable rate — and at some terminals arriving cars use the remote lot or Howard Beach AirTrain (JFK ride-share). Whichever you choose, use only official pickup areas and never accept a ride from anyone who approaches you inside the terminal (Port Authority travel safety).
What's included, and what isn't
Included in your flat rate
A confirmed quote inclusive of tolls and taxes; real-time flight tracking; complimentary airport wait time (90 min international, 60 domestic); luggage handling; WiFi, device charging, and bottled water; and a GPS-tracked vehicle.
May cost extra
Meet-and-greet ($25); child seats ($25 per seat); wait time beyond the complimentary window; and special requests. All confirmed on your quote before you pay.
By advance arrangement
Car seats, meet-and-greet handling, group availability, private-aviation coordination, and accessibility needs — confirm when you book.
Not something any service controls
Guaranteed curbside pickup at every terminal at every hour is not available under JFK's current rules, which is why your chauffeur coordinates the exact meeting point instead.
Corporate, group, and private-aviation travel
Corporate accounts
A corporate account adds a dedicated contact, consolidated monthly invoicing itemized by ride, and NET-30 terms, with no minimum commitment and no setup fee. It suits recurring executive airport travel and investor roadshows, and accounts are typically ready within 24 hours.
Groups & production teams
An Executive Sprinter keeps a group and its luggage in one vehicle instead of coordinating several sedans at the curb. Share the passenger count, terminal, and flight and we stage the right vehicle; multiple vehicles can be dispatched together for larger movements.
Private aviation
Private and charter flights at JFK use the General Aviation Terminal at Building 145. Share your tail number, operator, and passenger count so our private-aviation team coordinates the ground transfer to your arrival.
