These details reduce the most common booking problems: undersized vehicles, unclear substitutions, and luggage surprises at pickup.

Vehicle class is confirmed before dispatch
The quote should name the vehicle class you are reserving. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch should explain the substitution before pickup, not at the curb.
Passenger count and luggage count are separate
Six seats does not always mean six passengers plus six large bags. For airport and cruise transfers, luggage volume is often the detail that decides whether an SUV or Sprinter is required.
Hourly minimums protect availability
Hourly bookings hold a vehicle and chauffeur for the requested window. That is why roadshows, weddings, events, and multi-stop days use minimums instead of point-to-point pricing.
Accessibility and special requests need advance notice
