Child Seats on Request

Child seats are available on request and subject to availability. Request the seat when you book — not on the day of travel — so the correct equipment is assigned to your vehicle before dispatch. Child seats are charged at $25 per seat, and we ask for 48 hours' notice so the right seat is fitted to the right vehicle.

What We Need At Booking

Child restraint requirements depend on the child, not the vehicle. To assign the correct seat, please give us:

Installation and Responsibility

Seats are installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines. The parent or guardian is responsible for confirming the child is properly secured before travel begins.

You are welcome to bring your own child seat. Your chauffeur can assist with placement, but the parent or guardian remains responsible for the final fitting and for confirming the child is correctly restrained.

If a child is not properly secured, the chauffeur may delay or refuse service until the child can be safely restrained. This is a safety requirement, not a discretionary decision.

State Requirements

We aim to comply with the applicable child-restraint rules for the jurisdictions where service is provided. New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut each set their own age, weight, and height thresholds for rear-facing seats, forward-facing seats, and boosters, and those thresholds differ between states.

If your trip crosses state lines, tell us at booking. Giving us the child's age, weight, and height lets us assign a seat appropriate to the route.
