Car Service
Chauffeured sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans for Westchester County trips — airport transfers, Metro-North connections, hourly days, weddings, and campus and hospital visits.
Yes, you can book a chauffeured car for Westchester County trips. Chauffeur Service NYC publishes door-to-door pickup across Westchester communities, with hourly as-directed service covering all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey, and southwestern Connecticut.
Published:flat-rate airport transfers with instant online pricing, no surge at any hour, six vehicle classes from Executive Sedan to Jet Sprinter, complimentary wait time on every pickup type, and free cancellation 24 or more hours ahead. Westchester isn't one trip — a pre-dawn Bronxville departure, a Katonah concert night, and a Tarrytown wedding are three different problems. Pre-arranging fixes four things: the price is quoted before you travel, the vehicle class is named, the pickup point is agreed, and the return is decided early.
Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About and Credentials & Trust pages for how the service operates.

Why Westchester rides get booked in advance
Five problems, five vehicles
A pre-dawn Bronxville departure, a Katonah concert night, a Valhalla hospital appointment, a Tarrytown wedding, and a Purchase campus visit each need a different vehicle, timing plan, and return.
Price fixed before the ride
The vehicle class is named, the price is quoted in advance for point-to-point and hourly trips, and nothing is added after the fact.
Continuity where it's published
On hourly / as-directed bookings, the chauffeur stays with you throughout with no rebooking between stops. On a scheduled transfer, don't assume the same.
The return, decided early
Book the return leg with the outbound trip so the end of a wedding, concert, or corporate day doesn't become its own project.
Built for how Westchester actually moves
Residents book early departures. Corporate travelers book Manhattan commutes. Families plan around campus tours and hospital visits. Wedding parties arrive together.
Assistance available on request
Older adults and passengers with mobility needs can ask at booking what assistance is available, so it's arranged in advance rather than at the curb.
Choose the right service format
What are you doing in Westchester?
Catching a flight
Point-to-point with flight number and terminal; wait time runs from actual landing, not the schedule.
Flying from HPN
The terminal is open 24/7 — arrive two hours before a scheduled departure, per the county's own guidance.
Meeting a train
Give the station and the train, not just the town — Westchester station layouts differ significantly.
A concert night
Book the return as well as the outbound leg — Caramoor and the County Center both draw a crowd.
A hospital appointment
Give the building and entrance — some Westchester campuses have several.
A wedding
Ask for a full-day plan under one booking — see wedding transportation.
A campus visit
Give the lot the college directs visitors to, not just the campus name.
A New York City trip
Ask for both directions to be quoted, and mention the Manhattan congestion toll if your drop-off is south of 60th Street.
Places people book from: White Plains · Yonkers · New Rochelle · Mount Vernon · Rye · Port Chester · Harrison · Purchase · Mamaroneck · Larchmont · Scarsdale · Bronxville · Tarrytown · Sleepy Hollow · Dobbs Ferry · Hastings-on-Hudson · Ossining · Peekskill · Chappaqua · Armonk · Bedford · Katonah · Valhalla · Yorktown. Westchester addresses frequently cross municipal lines — give the full street address with ZIP and the municipality as it appears on your mail, and we'll confirm coverage.
Westchester County Airport, and the NYC airports
No drive times appear here on purpose. Westchester travel time moves with time of day, corridor choice — Hutchinson, Saw Mill, I-287, I-95 — weather, and roadwork. Confirm your route and pickup procedure at booking; see airport transfers for how pickups work curb-side and inside the terminal.
Metro-North connections
Verified July 31, 2026. A car is most useful at the ends of a rail trip — reaching a station with luggage or a group, and leaving one for somewhere the timetable misses.
Three lines through Westchester
Metro-North serves the county on the Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven lines (MTA). White Plains, Tarrytown, Rye, Scarsdale, Katonah, and Peekskill are each published as accessible, with elevators or ramps and audiovisual information.
Bronxville is different
The MTA states Bronxville's platforms are reachable by ramp but there is no accessible path between them, that vehicular drop-off is suggested, and that the nearest fully accessible stations are Fleetwood and Tuckahoe (MTA).
Summer 2026 schedule change
Between July 13 and August 30, 2026 the Harlem Line ran a modified schedule for a planned track outage, with select Friday trains terminating at Golden's Bridge instead of Southeast. The same notice sets out Labor Day getaway trains and Sunday service on September 7 (MTA).
River towns and Sleepy Hollow country
Historic Hudson Valley
Philipsburg Manor and Sunnyside are open for guided tours May through November and both only partially wheelchair accessible; Union Church of Pocantico Hills is wheelchair accessible (Historic Hudson Valley).
Kykuit is on hiatus
Kykuit tours are paused for the 2026 season and are stated to resume in 2027 under the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (Historic Hudson Valley, RBF). Remove it from any summer 2026 itinerary.
Farms, preserves, and gardens
Music, theatre, and county venues
Rye, the Sound Shore, and family days
Playland Park, Rye
Runs a published 2026 schedule with varying daily hours, with ride-by-ride Access Pass procedures published for guests who need them. County park passes are not honored at Playland (Playland, Playland ADA).
Hudson River Museum, Yonkers
Free parking in a large front lot, hours Wednesday to Friday 12–5 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m.–5 p.m., a 10% group discount for ten or more, and wheelchairs on request (HRM).
Campuses, hospitals, and working trips
Institutional traffic runs year-round — Purchase College, Manhattanville, Sarah Lawrence, New York Medical College, and the hospitals around Valhalla and White Plains. White Plains Hospital advises that expansion construction may affect traffic and valet wait times, and that the Davis Avenue Parking Garage is closed, with visitors directed to a new self-park lot or valet at the main entrance (White Plains Hospital). Give the exact building and entrance, not just the campus or hospital name.
Build your Westchester itinerary
Illustrative examples only — not operational promises or quoted plans. Paste this into the quote form: pickup address with ZIP and municipality · start time · stops in order with dwell time · deadlines · passengers, bags, strollers, mobility equipment · final drop-off.
An airport morning
A White Plains pickup to a named JFK terminal, point-to-point with flight number.
A concert night
A Katonah drop at Caramoor with the return booked at the same time.
A wedding weekend
A Tarrytown venue with a bridal-party Sprinter and guest shuttle loop.
A campus tour
A multi-stop hourly day visiting two Westchester colleges, sized above the 3-hour minimum.
Accessibility and multigenerational planning
Say what's needed at booking
Child seats, extra luggage space, meet-and-greet, and mobility needs should be confirmed before the vehicle is assigned — not negotiated at the curb.
Child seats, $25 per seat
Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats on request, with the child's age and weight given 48 hours ahead.
Pets ride along
Dogs and cats travel in all vehicles at no additional fee — mention it at booking so the vehicle is prepared.
Destination-side accessibility
Caramoor offers golf-cart transport from parking and loaner wheelchairs; the Purchase PAC publishes which theatre levels are stairs-only (Caramoor, Purchase PAC). None of that describes what we can do for you — ask.
Door-to-door assistance
Chauffeurs assist between the vehicle and the curb; assistance to a building lobby or clinic entrance is confirmed case by case — raise it at booking so it's arranged in advance.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Availability is confirmed for your specific date and pickup at quote. For county paratransit, Bee-Line ParaTransit is a curb-to-curb ADA service within three-quarters of a mile of a Bee-Line route, with next-day reservations taken until 5 p.m. (Westchester DOT).
Choosing the vehicle, and passengers versus luggage
Passenger count and luggage count are separate numbers — golf clubs, ski equipment, strollers, and event gear all push the decision regardless of head count. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch explains the substitution before pickup, not at the curb. See the full fleet page for every class.
Weddings, groups, and multi-vehicle days
Wedding transportation is a full-day plan built with your planner — party pickups, staggered ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttle loops, and a dedicated departure vehicle under one booking. Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown publishes capacities of 150 to 250 guests in the Pavilion Room and 75 to 150 in the Hudson Room (Tappan Hill) — bring your guest number to the quote so a vehicle plan can be proposed against confirmed capacities. For other events, 2 to 4 weeks' notice is typical, or 4 to 6 weeks for five or more vehicles — see event transportation.
How pricing works
Airport transfers are flat-rate, and quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with gratuity optional and no surge pricing. When a booking touches Manhattan, the congestion toll is built into the quote as well. Point-to-point is a single fixed price based on pickup, destination, vehicle class, and time of day. Hourly is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum and 30-minute extensions. No page publishes a standard Westchester rate card — price your date, addresses, and vehicle in the booking form for the confirmed figure.
Quote-readiness checklist: pickup address with ZIP and municipality · drop-off address, plus building or entrance · date and time, and whether you want a return · passenger and bag counts, separately · flight and terminal, or train and station · child seats, mobility needs, and pets.
What happens if…
Settle these at booking, not on the night.
Your flight shifts
Wait time is measured from recorded arrival rather than scheduled time.
You're slow leaving HPN
The county states curb space is limited and idling isn't permitted, with strict enforcement — ask in writing how a delayed pickup is handled.
You need step-free travel at Bronxville
The MTA states there's no accessible path between platforms and suggests vehicular drop-off — tell us which side you need.
A venue turns your vehicle away
Untermyer requires buses and limousines to drop off on North Broadway — venue policy, not ours to override.
The event runs long
Wait time between stops is included in hourly bookings. For a scheduled return, ask how a late finish is priced.
You need to cancel
24+ hours ahead is a full refund or credit; 12–24 hours 50%; 2–12 hours 75%; under 2 hours or a no-show, full fare. Changes 24+ hours ahead are free.
A car isn't always the right answer
Bee-Line route 12 runs daily between HPN and the White Plains TransCenter and also connects the airport with Purchase College and Manhattanville (HPN). Metro-North reaches most town centers. HPN parking is published for 2026 at $4.38 per half hour and $36.47 maximum per day, with a long-term rate of $20.88 daily beyond three days (HPN). A chauffeured car earns its place when you have luggage, a group, a deadline, mobility needs, a late finish, or a day that ends elsewhere.
