What we need to quote you
Send these and the quote comes back complete the first time, with no follow-up questions.
Pickup address and entrance
The full street address, plus which door you will use if the building has more than one.
Airline, flight number and terminal
For arrivals this is what flight tracking follows. For departures it sets the drop-off point.
Date and time
For arrivals, the scheduled landing time. For departures, when you want to be at the terminal.
Passengers and bags, counted separately
Luggage volume decides the vehicle class as often as head count does — give us both numbers.
Vehicle class, if you have a preference
Otherwise we recommend one from your passenger and bag count.
Child seats and accessibility needs
Child seats need 48 hours' notice; accessibility requirements are confirmed at quote.
Which airport are you flying from?
The right airport usually follows from where you are starting and what you are flying. Terminal detail and pickup points live on each airport's own page.
Also served regionally: Philadelphia International (PHL) · New York Stewart International (SWF) · Long Island MacArthur (ISP). No drive times appear on this page on purpose — travel time to any airport moves with time of day, route choice, weather and roadwork, and each airport page carries its own current guidance.
What happens when your flight moves
Every airport booking includes real-time flight tracking, so your pickup is timed to when you actually land. You do not need to call us when a flight shifts.
Your flight is delayed
Pickup timing follows the new arrival. Complimentary wait time runs from your recorded landing, so a delay does not eat into it.
Your flight lands early
We make reasonable efforts to bring the pickup forward, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability at that moment.
Your flight is cancelled
Tell us as soon as you know. Cancelling or moving the booking follows the cancellation policy — the earlier we know, the more options you have.
You are rebooked or diverted
Send the new flight number so tracking can follow it. A different arrival airport is a different trip and may need a revised quote.
Full detail is in our flight tracking & delay policy.
How much wait time is included
The international window is longer because it covers immigration, customs and international baggage claim. Beyond the complimentary window, additional wait time may be billed at the applicable rate, and dispatch contacts you before that happens — see the full wait-time policy.
Curbside or meet-and-greet
Two ways to be met. The choice mostly comes down to how much you are carrying and how well you know the airport.
Pickup points differ by airport and terminal, and some are relocated by standing advisory — at JFK the Port Authority directs arriving car-service passengers at certain terminals to a remote lot or the Howard Beach AirTrain (JFK advisory). Your confirmed meeting point is sent before you land. Terminal-level detail lives on each airport page rather than here.
How airport pricing works
Airport transfers are quoted as a flat rate based on your pickup address, the airport, vehicle class and time of day. Nothing is metered, the quote is confirmed in writing before you book, and there is no surge pricing regardless of weather or demand.
Tolls, parking and fuel are included, and gratuity is optional. When a trip enters Manhattan's Congestion Relief Zone — the streets at and below 60th Street — that congestion toll is treated as a toll inside your all-inclusive quote rather than added afterwards (MTA).
The items that can change a quote are extra stops, wait time beyond the complimentary window, and child seats at $25 per seat. Price your exact date and addresses in the booking form for a confirmed figure — route-level rates live on each airport page.
Chauffeur, rideshare, taxi or transit
Officially published third-party figures only — verified August 1, 2026.
A chauffeured car earns its place when you have luggage, a group, a hard deadline, mobility needs, a late arrival, or a trip that starts and ends in different places.
Planning a departure pickup
Work backwards from your flight. Decide when you want to be at the terminal, add the drive time for your route and time of day, then add a buffer. The TSA publishes its own screening guidance and recommends allowing time for security (TSA), and airlines set their own check-in and bag-drop cutoffs, which are usually the real constraint. Tell us the terminal and airline at booking and we work the pickup time back from your flight rather than guessing.
Give us your hard deadline explicitly rather than relying on a drive-time estimate. Which level or door you are dropped at differs by airport and terminal — that detail is on each airport page.
Choosing a vehicle: passengers versus luggage
Count passengers and bags as two separate numbers — oversized luggage, golf clubs, ski equipment, strollers and instrument cases push the decision regardless of head count. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch explains the substitution before pickup rather than at the curb. See the full fleet page for every class.
Families, accessibility, groups and corporate travel
Families and child seats
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats at $25 per seat with 48 hours' notice. Give the child's age, weight and height so the right seat is assigned.
Accessibility, answered honestly
Wheelchair-accessible vehicle availability is confirmed for your date at quote — and if we cannot cover it we say so and point you to an alternative, rather than leaving you to find out on the day.
Older travellers and assistance
Chauffeurs assist between the vehicle and the curb as standard. Assistance further — to a lounge, gate or building door — is arranged case by case, so raise it at booking.
Pets and service animals
Dogs and cats travel in all vehicles at no additional fee — mention it at booking so the vehicle is prepared. Service animals are never treated as pets and never carry a fee.
Groups and multi-vehicle movements
Head count and bag count decide whether one Sprinter or several vehicles is right. Multi-vehicle airport movements run through a single dispatch contact.
Executives and private clients
Quiet, professional coordination with communication kept to your preferred channel, and consistent chauffeurs available on recurring itineraries.
Flying privately
Teterboro (TEB) is the closest dedicated private aviation airport to Manhattan, and Westchester County Airport (HPN) handles both scheduled and private traffic. Private flights use fixed-base operators rather than a public terminal, and the Port Authority advises arranging pickup through your FBO in advance (Port Authority).
Ramp and planeside positioning is controlled by each individual FBO and the airport operator, not by us — we coordinate with the FBO handling your flight and confirm the meeting point in writing. FBO-level detail sits on those two airport pages rather than here. See also private aviation service.
Where airport transfers go
Hotels and residences
Door-to-door at your address. Give the entrance you will use if the building has more than one.
Offices and corporate campuses
Name the building, not just the complex — see corporate transportation.
Cruise terminals
Give ship, pier and sailing time; the drop-off procedure is confirmed in advance.
Grand Central and Penn Station
See Grand Central and Penn Station for pickup points.
Airport to airport
Inter-airport transfers are quoted as a single trip. The Port Authority publishes its own guide to travelling between airports (connections guide).
Long distance and out of state
The Hamptons, upstate, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington — see city-to-city service.
Coverage, booking, changes and billing
Coverage. Airport transfers run across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey and southwestern Connecticut. See service areas for the full list, and confirm your specific address at booking rather than assuming it is inside standard coverage.
Booking and changes. Book online at /book, by phone on 347-321-9929, or request a quote. We recommend at least 24 hours' notice; same-day and overnight pickups are accommodated when fleet availability allows — call rather than book online if your pickup is within a few hours. We operate 24/7 including holidays, with no overnight surcharge. Changes 24 or more hours ahead are free; see the cancellation policy.
Payment and billing. Checkout is Stripe-powered and the quote is confirmed in writing before you pay. Receipts are emailed after every trip, and companies managing regular airport travel can set up consolidated monthly invoicing through a corporate account.
Licensing, identification and privacy
Licensed and insured
We operate as licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. Chauffeurs are background-checked and trained in defensive driving.
You know who you are meeting
Your chauffeur's name and vehicle details are sent before pickup, so you can confirm the car before you get in.
Never accept an in-terminal solicitation
Port Authority airports warn travellers not to accept rides from anyone soliciting inside the terminal (JFK). Your chauffeur will not approach you that way — they meet you at the agreed point or with a name sign.
Secure payment
Stripe-powered checkout with the quote confirmed in writing before you pay. Corporate invoicing available.
Published terms
Complimentary wait windows and a tiered cancellation policy, both published in full rather than buried at checkout.
Discretion
Quiet, professional coordination for private clients, families and principals, with communication kept to your preferred channel.
Airport advisories worth checking
Last checked August 1, 2026. Advisories change without notice — follow the links for the current position.
JFK redevelopment
A $19 billion rebuild is shifting roadways and pickup zones in phases. The Port Authority maintains a live advisory list (JFK alerts).
JFK Terminals 5 and 7
Arriving passengers wanting a for-hire vehicle are directed to the AirTrain and the Howard Beach lot (JFK advisory).
Newark Terminal C
The ride-app pickup location has been relocated (EWR advisory). Your confirmed meeting point reflects the current arrangement.
Westchester County Airport
The county states trips should be pre-arranged and that cruising or hailing is not permitted (HPN) — another reason to book ahead.
