Philadelphia Airport
Car Service
Pre-booked chauffeur transfers between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and New York City, New Jersey, Westchester, Connecticut, Long Island, and the Hamptons — flight tracking, all tolls included, no surge. Reserved in advance, never hailed at the curb.
Chauffeur Service NYC provides pre-booked, chauffeur-driven transfers to and from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) for corporate travellers, executive assistants, family offices, production teams, families, international arrivals, and groups. Every transfer is reserved in advance with your flight number, terminal, passengers, and bags on file before dispatch — not hailed at the curb.
PHL is a long-distance run from New York and the tri-state area, so timing and routing matter. One rule shapes the arrival: PHL directs hired cars to a specific pickup zone and advises against accepting rides outside the designated zones or from anyone approaching you inside the airport, unless a driver was arranged in advance (Philadelphia International Airport). Pre-booking is exactly that arrangement.
Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About Us page for how the service operates.
Why buyers pre-book PHL
A served airport
PHL sits alongside JFK, LGA, EWR, Teterboro, and Westchester on our airport network, with a dedicated Philadelphia service area covering Center City and the Main Line.
Flight-aware pickups
Arrivals are tracked in real time and positioning is set to your actual landing, so an early or delayed flight or a terminal change doesn't require rebooking.
Terms in writing
Complimentary wait windows and a tiered cancellation policy are published and readable before you commit — no curbside surprises.
Vehicle class locked
Your class is fixed at booking, with any substitution explained before pickup rather than at the curb.
Quoted, all-inclusive
Long-distance PHL work is quoted per trip, all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with no surge — approved before you travel.
Corporate billing
Consolidated monthly invoicing, itemised by ride, with NET-30 on request for teams running the PHL–NYC corridor.

How a PHL quote is built
PHL transfers to and from New York and the tri-state area are long-distance work, so they are quoted per trip rather than from a flat table. You approve the price before you travel.
Your quote is built from origin and destination, direction of travel, date and time of day, expected routing, the vehicle class you reserve, and the structure of the day — a single transfer, a held vehicle, or a transfer plus a return leg. Point-to-point is a fixed, all-inclusive quote (tolls, parking, and fuel included; gratuity optional), and hourly is inclusive of tolls, parking, and waiting between stops.
Hourly rates verified from our booking system on July 24, 2026; Sprinters are custom-quoted. Point-to-point PHL transfers are quoted by distance — the booking form shows the figure before you pay, or call 347-321-9929. Return, overnight, and multi-day legs are quoted to your itinerary.
Who it serves
Corporate travellers
A confirmed car at a distant airport and one invoice line, with billing that fits a travel program.
Executive assistants & family offices
Flight and terminal on file, one number for changes, discretion, and a consistent vehicle class.
Production teams & groups
Crew plus cases moving together in SUV or Sprinter capacity, with multi-vehicle coordination.
Families
Luggage space and child seats confirmed early, with a chauffeur who loads everything.
International arrivals
Coordinated after immigration and customs, with wait time that accounts for variable clearance.
Airport connections
PHL paired with JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, or Westchester in one reserved vehicle.
Terminals and pickup coordination
PHL is a single connected complex of terminals — A-East, A-West, B, C, D, E, and F. Your airline decides which one your chauffeur works to, so send your flight number and terminal (Philadelphia International Airport).
Domestic vs. international arrivals
Domestic arrivals
Move from the carousel out to the South Commercial Roadway zones once bags are collected. Timing depends on how quickly bags reach the carousel, so share your flight number at booking and let us know when you are near the curb. Complimentary wait time is 60 minutes from your actual arrival.
International arrivals
Add immigration, baggage reclaim, and customs first; PHL notes that Terminal A-West arrivals take the elevators to the Ground Floor for ground transportation (PHL). Clearance varies, so we track the flight and coordinate the meeting point, with 90 minutes of complimentary wait. If you have an onward flight, PHL requires re-clearing security after customs.
How booking and pickup work
Send the trip
Addresses, date, time, passengers, bags, vehicle preference, airline, flight number, and terminal.
Get the quote
PHL is quoted per trip and confirmed in writing — all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with no surge.
Confirm the class & extras
Lock the vehicle class, and add child seats, luggage space, inside meeting, and mobility needs — all pre-assignment items.
Receive chauffeur details
Name, vehicle, and a direct number before travel; positioning follows your actual landing.
Travel & file
Move to the confirmed point once contacted. Accounts receive a monthly invoice itemised by date, passenger, route, and vehicle.
Flight changes and waiting
If your flight is delayed, retimed, or lands ahead of schedule, the booking follows the flight rather than the original clock time. Positioning is set to your actual landing, and the wait clock starts at recorded arrival, not the scheduled time. Send terminal or gate changes to dispatch as soon as the airline confirms them.
Complimentary wait time is 60 minutes for domestic airport arrivals and 90 minutes for international, measured from your actual arrival, plus 15 minutes for point-to-point pickups. Additional wait is billed at the applicable rate, and if you are unreachable beyond the window the trip may be treated as a no-show and charged the full quoted fare (wait-time policy).
Choosing the vehicle
Seats and bags are quoted separately — tell us the bag count as well as the head count.
Capacities are confirmed when you book. Give dispatch your exact passenger and luggage totals so the right class is assigned before dispatch.
Where PHL transfers go
Coverage spans New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Routing on a long transfer runs via the NJ Turnpike, Walt Whitman Bridge, and I-95 (PHL directions), so departure windows are built around your confirmed itinerary.
