Service Agreement
By booking a ride with Chauffeur Service NYC, you agree to these terms. We provide professional chauffeur and ground transportation services in the New York City metropolitan area and the Tri-State region. All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation (email or text) with your trip details and pricing. Pricing quoted at the time of booking is final — we do not apply surge pricing or post-ride adjustments. All quoted prices are all-inclusive: tolls, parking, and fuel are included. Gratuity is optional and can be added at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time (48 hours for World Cup and special event bookings). Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to the base fare. No-shows are charged the full fare. Modifications to pickup time, terminal, or destination are free anytime before your chauffeur is dispatched.
Wait Time
Airport pickups include complimentary wait time: 60 minutes for international arrivals, 30–45 minutes for domestic arrivals (varies by airport). Wait time begins at wheels-down (actual landing time), not the scheduled arrival. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may be billed at the hourly rate.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Excessive mess or damage to the vehicle interior may result in a cleaning or repair fee. Chauffeur Service NYC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
Liability
Chauffeur Service NYC carries commercial liability insurance as required by New York and New Jersey law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost property.
Pets and Car Seats
Pets are welcome in all vehicles at no additional charge. Please notify us when booking so we can prepare the vehicle. Car seats (rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster) are available on request for $25 per seat. Specify your child's age and weight when booking. Car seat requests require 48 hours advance notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
