Meet & Greet — Inside-Arrivals Airport Service
Standard airport pickups are curbside: your chauffeur texts you, waits in the airport's designated holding area, and moves to the pickup point once you are outside with your bags — Port Authority airports do not permit vehicles to sit at the curb before passengers and luggage are ready. Meet & greet adds a person inside the terminal. Chauffeur Meet and Greet puts your chauffeur in the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign — the vehicle is parked in the airport garage, a five-to-eight-minute walk depending on the terminal. Dedicated Airport Greeter pairs you with a separate greeter inside arrivals who walks you out to the pickup point and stays with you until your chauffeur pulls up. Airport Fast Track is a premium assistance service that begins shortly after landing and can include airport navigation, immigration coordination, baggage assistance, customs guidance, and escort to your chauffeur — subject to airport availability and regulations.

Every level starts with a name sign inside the terminal. The difference is who meets you and where your vehicle waits.

Start your booking
Book online at chauffeurservice.nyc/book — enter your pickup airport, flight number, destination, and vehicle as usual.
Select the meet & greet option
The booking form includes a meet & greet add-on. Choose Chauffeur Meet and Greet or a Dedicated Airport Greeter. For Airport Fast Track, contact us first — advance notice is required.
We track your flight
Your chauffeur or greeter is positioned based on your actual landing time. Delays adjust automatically — no need to call.
Land and connect
Walk into the arrivals hall and look for your name on the sign. From there, you are escorted to your vehicle.
