Chauffeur Service NYC provides pre-booked, chauffeur-driven car service to and from LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in Queens for travellers moving between the airport and Manhattan, the boroughs, and the tri-state area. You reserve a vehicle class in advance, share your flight number, and your chauffeur is dispatched to the correct terminal.

LGA is the closest major airport to Midtown, but its roadways are tightly controlled: curbsides are for active loading only, and cars cannot idle waiting for you (LaGuardia pick-up & drop-off). That is why pickup happens at the airport's designated Car Services areas, and why sharing your terminal matters.

Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About Us page for how the service operates.

Why pre-book

Why travellers pre-book LGA transfers

Flight tracking on every pickup

We monitor your flight in real time so pickup follows your actual arrival — your chauffeur repositions automatically for a delay or an early landing.

Terminal-accurate dispatch

Your chauffeur is sent to the designated Car Services area for your terminal and texts the exact lane and vehicle details once positioned.

Quoted pricing, not a meter

Manhattan flat rates from $170, inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel. The quote is the price — no surge, no post-ride adjustment.

You choose the vehicle class

Sedan, SUV, or Sprinter, selected when you book rather than whatever happens to arrive.

Corporate billing available

Consolidated monthly invoicing itemised by ride, NET-30 terms, and a dedicated contact — no minimum, no setup fee.

Around the clock

24/7 booking and support, including holidays, covering the earliest departures and the last arrivals of the night.

Have these ready

A few details let dispatch confirm a quote and stage the right car at the correct terminal.

Airline & flight number

So the terminal is known and your arrival can be tracked in real time.

Terminal (B or C)

Confirm with your airline, since assignments can change before you travel.

Passengers & bags

Counted separately — luggage often decides the class more than seat count.

Vehicle class

Sedan, SUV, or Sprinter — you choose it at booking rather than a random assignment.

Pickup type & destination

Designated Car Services area or meet-and-greet, plus your NYC or tri-state address.

Quote inclusions

What the flat fare covers — tolls, parking, and fuel are included — and any extras.

Pricing

LGA flat-rate pricing

A pre-booked flat rate does not move the way a meter or a surge fare does — the price you confirm is the price you pay.

Terminals & pickup

Where car service picks up at LGA

LaGuardia has three terminals, but commercial passenger flights operate from Terminal B and Terminal C — Terminal A, the historic Marine Air Terminal, no longer serves commercial flights (LGA terminals).

Terminal
Airlines
Terminal B
Air Canada · American Airlines · Frontier · JetBlue · Porter · Southwest · United
Terminal C
Delta Air Lines
Terminal B — garage Level 2
Car Services pick up on Level 2 of the Terminal B parking garage. Follow the “Car Services” signs (LaGuardia).
Terminal C — arrivals inner lane
Car Services pick up in the arrivals inner lane. Follow the “Car Services” signs (LaGuardia).
Curbside is for loading only
Parking is not allowed on airport roadways and a car cannot wait at the curb unless you and your bags are there; until then your chauffeur waits in the free Cell Phone Lot on 94th Street (LaGuardia).

Share your flight number and airline when booking, collect your bags, and head to your terminal's Car Services area — your chauffeur texts the exact lane and vehicle details once positioned. Tell dispatch immediately if your terminal changes. LaGuardia advises confirming your terminal with your airline before travelling, since assignments can vary (LGA airlines). A meet-and-greet greeter can be arranged on request.

Who we serve

Who this is for

LGA shuttle routes where a car waiting beats a queue, with the fare known in advance for expensing.

Executive assistants & family offices

One point of contact for terminal confirmation, vehicle selection, and receipts, with discreet handling for private clients.

Production & group teams

SUV and Sprinter capacity to move crew, gear, and cases together on a schedule.

Families

Car seats, strollers, and checked bags accounted for, with a chauffeur who loads everything.

Groups

One vehicle instead of several cars, keeping everyone and their luggage together.

Airport connections

LGA to JFK or Newark in either direction, timed around both flights with buffer.

Process

How booking and pickup work

1

Request a quote

Book online, by phone, or by email with your flight number, airline, terminal, date, address, and passenger and bag count.

2

Confirm the details

You receive a confirmed vehicle class and quote in writing; online payment runs through secure Stripe checkout.

3

We track your flight

Monitoring adjusts pickup to your actual landing — no rebooking for a delay or an early arrival.

4

Meet & go

Collect your bags and head to your terminal's Car Services area. Your chauffeur texts the lane and vehicle details, then handles the luggage.

Flexibility

Flight changes and waiting

If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we monitor it and adjust your chauffeur's timing automatically — you do not need to rebook. Keep your phone available so dispatch can coordinate the meeting point.

LGA arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your actual arrival (90 minutes for international arrivals elsewhere, 15 minutes for point-to-point), with additional time billable at the applicable rate (wait-time policy). If you are not reachable within the complimentary window and have not contacted us, the trip may be treated as a no-show and charged the full fare.

Fleet

Choosing the right vehicle

For airport trips, luggage volume usually decides the class rather than seat count.
