Wait Time Policy

Complimentary wait time and how additional wait time is handled for airport pickups, point-to-point reservations, and hourly service.

Complimentary Wait Time

Every pickup includes complimentary wait time based on the service type. This is built into your fare at no additional cost.

Airport Arrivals (Domestic)60 minutes free
60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight arrival time (not the scheduled time). Your chauffeur monitors the flight in real time and adjusts positioning accordingly.
  • Applies to JFK, LGA, EWR domestic arrivals
  • Timer starts when your plane touches down
  • Covers baggage claim and terminal exit time
Airport Arrivals (International)90 minutes free
90 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight arrival time. The extended window accounts for customs, immigration, and international baggage claim.
  • Applies to JFK, EWR international arrivals
  • Timer starts when your plane touches down
  • Covers customs, immigration, and baggage
Point-to-Point Pickups15 minutes free
15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time shown in your confirmation. Your chauffeur arrives 10 to 15 minutes early and waits at the designated pickup location.
  • Applies to all non-airport pickups
  • Timer starts at your confirmed pickup time
Hourly ServiceIncluded in hours
Wait time is included as part of your hourly reservation. Your chauffeur and vehicle remain at your disposal for the full duration of the booking.

  • Extensions available on the spot

When the Wait-Time Clock Starts

Airport pickups:The clock starts at your flight's recorded arrival time (wheels down), not the scheduled time. We track every flight in real time. If your flight arrives early, we adjust. If it is delayed, we adjust. You do not need to call us.

Point-to-point pickups: The clock starts at the scheduled pickup time shown in your confirmation email.

To minimize delays and avoid unnecessary wait charges:

Additional Wait Time

If wait time extends beyond the complimentary period, additional wait time may be billed at the applicable rate. We make reasonable efforts to communicate before extended wait time charges are incurred. Your chauffeur or our dispatch team will reach out by phone or text.

No-Show Policy

If you are not available within the complimentary wait time window and you have not contacted us to modify your reservation, the trip may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are charged the full quoted fare. See our Cancellation & Change Policy and Terms of Service for details.
