Two directions, two different pickup plans
Brooklyn to JFK
Give us your building or hotel address, entrance, airline, departure terminal and flight time. Choose the pickup time around your airline's check-in deadline, the drive and a sensible contingency—not the flight time alone.
JFK to Brooklyn
Include the arriving flight number and your Brooklyn destination. Terminal collection rules apply to the return journey; the place where a car can drop you off is not necessarily where it can collect you.
A round trip
Supply each leg's date, time and flight details. Check the return destination if you are staying somewhere different, and confirm passengers, luggage and requested child seats for both journeys.
A Brooklyn airport transfer can start at a home, hotel or workplace. For apartment buildings, decide which entrance is practical for the luggage. If the booking contact is not traveling, also provide a phone number for the passenger who will meet the car.
Your Brooklyn address matters more than a borough-wide estimate
Williamsburg, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Downtown Brooklyn and Park Slope do not share one starting point or one drive time. Street access, the pickup side of the road, time of day and conditions approaching JFK all affect the plan. Use the full address rather than only the neighborhood in the quote form.
Travel times are estimates, not flight-connection guarantees. Check your airline's arrival recommendation and check-in or bag-drop deadlines, then allow separately for the road journey. Early departures still need time for loading and airport access; late-night travel does not make delays impossible.
If you need an additional pickup or a stop before the airport, include it in the request. A single-address transfer and a multi-stop trip can have different prices and scheduling requirements.
Where to meet your car at JFK
Check the current procedure for your arrival terminal before walking to a collection point. JFK's Terminal 5 and Terminal 7 advisory directs arriving car-service passengers to the pickup lot at AirTrain Howard Beach. Airport-bound passengers can still be dropped at their departure terminal under that advisory.
For other terminals, use the airport's current instructions and the meeting details confirmed for your booking. Do not assume every prearranged vehicle can collect passengers at the arrivals curb. A greeter meeting you inside the terminal does not remove airport pickup restrictions.
After landing, keep your passenger phone reachable. Baggage collection and, where relevant, immigration affect when you will be ready. If the terminal changes or you cannot find the meeting point, contact the team before moving to another pickup area.
Choose a vehicle for people and bags together
Sedan
A possible fit for solo or paired travel with lighter luggage. Tell us the suitcase sizes before selecting a class; a seat count is not a luggage guarantee.
SUV
Consider an SUV for additional passengers or bulky luggage. Child seats, strollers and occupied seats affect the usable layout, so request confirmation for the combined load.
Sprinter or group request
Share a complete passenger and bag count for group travel. Ask the team to confirm the configuration and availability rather than assuming every group and its luggage fit in one vehicle.
Vehicle examples describe a class, not a guaranteed make or model. If a specific feature matters—such as connectivity, a child seat or space for a mobility aid—request it explicitly and wait for confirmation. Review the child-seat policy before booking family travel.
How to get a Brooklyn–JFK quote
Enter the exact pickup and destination, date and pickup-local time in the form above, then continue to add your passenger and luggage details. Brooklyn fares should be quoted for the actual address; the published Manhattan–JFK examples are not a borough-wide Brooklyn price.
Review the vehicle class, included items, waiting allowance and applicable cancellation terms before confirming. Extra stops, a different destination or waiting beyond the allowance may need a revised price. A submitted inquiry is not proof that a vehicle has been reserved.
Flight monitoring helps with arrival planning, but a landing time is not the same as meeting your chauffeur. Read the flight-delay policy and waiting policy, especially if your group may leave the terminal at different times.
Brooklyn–JFK questions
Can I book from JFK back to Brooklyn?
Yes. Use JFK as the pickup and your full Brooklyn address as the destination. Include the arriving flight and follow the meeting procedure for the actual arrival terminal.
Is there one fixed price for every Brooklyn neighborhood?
Use the quote form for your addresses, time and vehicle requirements. Do not assume a Manhattan airport rate applies to your Brooklyn trip.
How much time should I allow before my flight?
Work back from the airline's check-in and bag-drop requirements, then add the estimated drive, loading time and a traffic contingency. There is no single departure time suitable for every Brooklyn address and flight.
Can a family request a car seat and bring a stroller?
Add the seat request and describe the stroller, suitcases and passenger count. The team must confirm the requested configuration and availability; check the child-seat policy for the booking conditions.
Will my chauffeur meet me at the terminal curb?
That depends on the terminal and current airport rules. JFK's Terminal 5/7 car-service pickup advisory directs arriving passengers to AirTrain Howard Beach. Confirm the collection instructions for your trip rather than assuming curbside access.
