Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
Our commitment
Chauffeur Service NYC aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technologies. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a finished state. We review new pages and components against these guidelines as the site evolves, and we fix issues as we find them. We do not claim full conformance or certification — this statement describes what we do today and where we still have work to do.
Measures We Take
The main accessibility practices built into this website.
Semantic HTML
Pages are built with semantic landmarks, headings, and lists so screen readers can announce structure and users can jump between sections.
Keyboard navigation
Menus, forms, and interactive elements are operable with a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touch input.
Visible focus states
Interactive elements show a visible focus indicator so keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
Reduced-motion support
Animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your operating system or browser.
Alternative text
Images that carry meaning include descriptive alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Color contrast
Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast guidelines against our light theme, and information is never conveyed by color alone.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 Level AA criterion. Older content, third-party elements embedded in pages, and some imagery may not always be fully accessible. We treat these as open items and address them as part of regular site maintenance rather than as one-off fixes.
If you run into a barrier that stops you from using any part of the site — including booking a ride — contact us and we will help you directly and work on a fix.
Feedback and contact
We welcome accessibility feedback. If you have trouble using this website, need information in a different format, or want to book by phone instead of online, reach us directly:

When you contact us, it helps if you can describe the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the technology you were using. We review every piece of accessibility feedback we receive.
