Whether you select standard curbside pickup or add inside-terminal Meet & Greet, every pre-booked airport arrival at JFK, LaGuardia (LGA) and Newark (EWR) includes live inbound flight tracking plus 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from actual flight arrival.
The difference is simply where you meet our team and whether you prefer to walk to the short-term parking garage with your chauffeur or have your vehicle brought to the pickup curb.
Comparing Curbside Pickup and the three Meet & Greet tiers
Standard Curbside Pickup (Included)
Your chauffeur stages in the airport holding area while you deplane and claim bags. Once you have your luggage and reach the terminal exit doors (or designated pickup lot), you text or call your chauffeur and the vehicle pulls up to the active passenger pickup lane.
Level 1: Chauffeur Meet & Greet (Inside arrivals)
Your chauffeur parks inside the terminal garage, meets you in the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign, helps with your luggage and walks with you back to the parked vehicle (approximately 5–8 minutes depending on the terminal).
Level 2: Dedicated Airport Greeter (Curbside handoff)
A dedicated greeter meets you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign and escorts you to the pickup curb while your chauffeur pulls up from the holding area—eliminating the walk to the parking garage.
Level 3: Airport Fast Track (Premium assistance)
Available with advance notice at select airports, beginning shortly after landing to assist with terminal navigation, baggage, customs guidance and escort to your waiting chauffeur.
Terminal realities at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
- Airport security & customs rules always apply:non-ticketed greeters cannot bypass TSA security checkpoints or override U.S. Customs rules. Domestic Chauffeur Meet & Greet takes place in the public arrivals/baggage claim level; international greetings take place immediately outside the public customs exit doors.
- JFK Terminal 5 & Terminal 7 pickup advisory:under current JFK advisories, arriving car-service pickups at Terminals 5 and 7 use the AirTrain Howard Beach pickup lot. Meet & Greet does not remove Port Authority terminal pickup restrictions.
- LaGuardia Terminal B & C walkways:LaGuardia's rebuilt terminals feature structured garages and designated car-service pickup lanes; your chauffeur will confirm the exact level and pillar by text.

How do I add Meet & Greet to my airport reservation?
Select the Meet & Greet add-on when booking at chauffeurservice.nyc/book, or request Dedicated Airport Greeter or Airport Fast Track when requesting your quote.
Does Meet & Greet change my complimentary wait time?
Both curbside pickup and Meet & Greet include the same complimentary arrival wait window: 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights from actual landing time.
Where will the chauffeur stand for an international arrival at JFK or Newark?
For international arrivals, chauffeurs cannot enter the federal customs hall. Your chauffeur or greeter waits in the public arrivals welcome area immediately outside the customs exit doors holding your name sign.
Can I book Meet & Greet for a guest or client who is flying in?
Yes. Provide the arriving passenger's full name (and preferred sign text if using a company name instead), flight number and mobile phone number when booking.
