Cancellation Windows

Cancellation fees are based on how far in advance you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time:

Changes to a Reservation

We accommodate changes to pickup time, location, vehicle class, or passenger count whenever possible. Modifications requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are free. Close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation and rescheduling depending on feasibility and fleet availability.

Special Events & High-Demand Dates

Certain dates and events may require longer cancellation notice due to staffing, staging, and vehicle commitments. This includes wedding transportation, large event bookings, holiday travel, and FIFA World Cup 2026 service. If extended cancellation terms apply, they will be disclosed at the time of booking or in writing before confirmation.

Refund Timing & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Service credits are applied immediately and can be used toward any future booking.
