Car Service

Chauffeured sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans across Nassau and Suffolk County — airport transfers, point-to-point trips, hourly days, LIRR and ferry connections, and weddings.

Yes, you can book a chauffeured car across Long Island. Chauffeur Service NYC covers Nassau and Suffolk County, from the North Shore Gold Coast to the South Shore and west toward the North Fork, with hourly as-directed service covering all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, northern New Jersey, and southwestern Connecticut.

Published:flat-rate airport transfers with instant online pricing, no surge at any hour, six vehicle classes from Executive Sedan to Jet Sprinter, complimentary wait time on every pickup type, and free cancellation 24 or more hours ahead. Long Island isn't one trip — a Great Neck airport run, a North Fork wine day, and a Fire Island ferry connection are three different problems. Pre-arranging fixes four things: the price is quoted before you travel, the vehicle class is named, the pickup point is agreed, and the return is decided early.

Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About and Credentials & Trust pages for how the service operates.

Why pre-book

Why Long Island rides get booked in advance

118 miles, many different trips

A Great Neck airport run, a Ronkonkoma flight, a Fire Island ferry, a wine-country day, and an arena night are five different problems — pre-arranging settles the price, the vehicle class, and the pickup point for each.

Price fixed before the ride

The vehicle class is named, the price is quoted in advance for point-to-point and hourly trips, and nothing is added after the fact.

Continuity where it's published

On hourly / as-directed bookings, the chauffeur stays with you throughout with no rebooking between stops. On a scheduled transfer, don't assume the same.

The return, decided early

Book the return leg with the outbound trip so the end of a wedding, wine day, or arena night doesn't become its own project.

Built for how Long Island actually moves

Executives book daily airport runs. Families plan around beach gear and car seats. Wedding parties and event guests arrive together. Wine-country days need a multi-stop plan, not a single fare.

Assistance available on request

Older adults and passengers with mobility needs can ask at booking what assistance is available, so it's arranged in advance rather than at the curb.

What are you doing on Long Island?

Catching a flight

Point-to-point with flight number and terminal; wait time runs from actual landing, not the schedule.

Flying from ISP

MacArthur's terminal is open 24/7 with TSA screening from 3:45 a.m. — a real alternative for eastern Suffolk travelers.

An arena night

Book the outbound leg and the return, and name the exit you expect to use.

A beach day

Coolers, chairs, and strollers argue for an SUV; confirm the return address when you book.

A wine-country day

Multiple North Fork wineries in one visit is a good fit for an hourly, multi-stop booking.

A ferry

Give the terminal, the sailing, and whether you're walking on — everything is hand-carried on Fire Island.

A wedding

Ask for a full-day plan covering party pickups, ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttles, and a departure vehicle — see wedding transportation.

A campus or hospital visit

Give the specific building, not the institution — Hofstra and Stony Brook both publish separate directions by destination.

A New York City trip

Ask for both directions to be quoted, and mention the Manhattan congestion toll if your drop-off is south of 60th Street.

Places people book from: Great Neck · Manhasset · Port Washington · Roslyn · Garden City · Mineola · Hicksville · Westbury · Syosset · Hempstead · Elmont · Rockville Centre · Long Beach · Freeport · Massapequa · Huntington · Melville · Babylon · Bay Shore · Islip · Hauppauge · Ronkonkoma · Smithtown · Stony Brook · Patchogue · Port Jefferson · Riverhead. See our Nassau County page for neighborhood-specific detail. South Fork trips — East Hampton, Southampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and Montauk — are planned on our separate Hamptons page. Trips starting or ending in Manhattan or Brooklynhave their own service-area pages — nothing here says we won't carry you to or from them, so ask for the trip to be quoted end to end.

Beaches and barrier islands

Verified July 31, 2026. Name a field or entrance, not just a park — Long Island's state parks are big enough that entrance and drop-off point matter.

Jones Beach State Park

Two-mile boardwalk plus a 2.3-mile multi-use path; Fields 3, 4, and 5 reach the beachfront by tunnels under Ocean Parkway, Fields 1, 2, and 6 are oceanfront with accessible parking, and free beach wheelchairs are available at Zach's Bay (NY State Parks). Swimming only when lifeguards are on duty; no pets; beachfront closes at sunset. Name a field in your booking.

Robert Moses State Park

Parking at Fields 2 and 5, free beach wheelchairs at any First Aid Office, and Field 5 as the gateway to Fire Island with a three-quarter-mile walk to the lighthouse (NY State Parks). No pets — if you're walking that path with gear, the drop-off field matters.

Long Beach

A beach pass is required, with a pass office at 300 West Broadway (City of Long Beach). Give your exact drop-off — the boardwalk runs the length of the city.

Fire Island, without a car

Ferry
What decides your terminal
Fire Island Ferries
Sails from 99 Maple Avenue, Bay Shore, a thirty-minute crossing to Kismet, Saltaire, Fair Harbor, Atlantique, Dunewood, Ocean Beach, Seaview, and Ocean Bay Park (Fire Island Ferries).
Sayville Ferry
Departs from River Road, Sayville, serving Cherry Grove, Fire Island Pines, Water Island, and Sailors Haven (Sayville Ferry).
Davis Park Ferry
Runs from Patchogue to Davis Park and Watch Hill, Fire Island's two easternmost communities (Davis Park Ferry).

Watch Hill and Sailors Haven are open late-May to mid-October. Book the terminal matching your community — everything is hand-carried once you land, so confirm bag count at booking.

Destination
What decides your pickup
Old Westbury Gardens
All visitors must use 71 Old Westbury Road for admission; open daily except Tuesdays 10 a.m.–6 p.m., final non-member admission at 4 p.m. Westbury House and its gravel paths are not wheelchair accessible (Old Westbury Gardens).
Planting Fields
1395 Planting Fields Road, Oyster Bay, open 9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily (Planting Fields).
Sagamore Hill
Grounds are free, open sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset; the Roosevelt Home is tour-only by advance reservation, so a timed ticket sets your pickup time (NPS).

North Fork wine country and Riverhead

Mattituck to Greenport

Long Island Wine Country lists member wineries across Mattituck, Cutchogue, Jamesport, Calverton, and Greenport (LI Wine Country); MacArthur's regional guide states there are nearly 100 wineries. A multi-stop tasting day may suit hourly rather than separate transfers.

Long Island Aquarium

In Riverhead, and a common addition to a North Fork day trip (LI Aquarium).

Give the winery list in order and a firm end time — unpredictable dwell times and passengers who shouldn't drive both argue for hourly service over separate transfers.

Arenas, theaters, racing, and campuses

Venue
Officially published detail worth knowing
UBS Arena
2400 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont. Publishes lot-specific access rules, recommends the LIRR, and runs a free shuttle between Elmont–UBS Arena Station and the arena (UBS Arena). That is venue information — it does not establish where we may pick up, drop off, or stage, so ask for that in writing before the night.
Northwell at Jones Beach Theater
895 Bay Parkway, Wantagh, with per-show lot and box-office timings and a clear-bag policy limiting bags to clear totes no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or small clutches (Jones Beach Theater). A scheduled transfer should not be assumed to be waiting nearby.
The Paramount
370 New York Avenue, Huntington; box office Tuesday–Sunday with extended hours on show days (The Paramount).
Nassau Coliseum
Hosts concerts and expos including the Long Island Home Show, September 26–27, 2026 (Nassau Coliseum).

Connections

Airports, rail, ferries, and regional connections

Connection
Officially published detail worth knowing
An entirely new $19B JFK is being constructed, and the airport asks drivers to plan ahead for delays or reroutes from roadway closures (JFK).
Publishes alerts and recommends arranging mobility assistance in advance with your airline (LGA).
Terminal open 24/7, TSA from 3:45 a.m.; Ground Transportation Center beside the terminal, with an LIRR station just north (ISP).
Publishes ongoing alerts plus an AirTrain Newark Replacement project (EWR).
LIRR
The MTA calls it the busiest commuter railroad in North America, with roughly 250,000 weekday customers (MTA); 124 Long Island connections across nine branches (Discover Long Island).
Port Jefferson ferry
Docks at 102 W Broadway, Port Jefferson and 1 Ferry Access Rd, Bridgeport (Port Jeff Ferry).
Cross Sound Ferry
Operates the New London–Orient Point crossing, with published traffic alerts (Cross Sound Ferry).
Into Manhattan
The Congestion Relief Zone covers streets south of and including 60th Street, peak 5 a.m.–9 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. weekends (MTA) — treated as a toll inside your all-inclusive quote, never billed separately.

No drive times appear here on purpose. Long Island travel time moves with time of day, route choice, event exits, sailings, weather, and roadwork — the island runs 118 miles end to end. Flat airport rates and exact routing are confirmed for your specific pickup address at quote; see airport transfers for how pickups work curb-side and inside the terminal.

Event nights

Arena nights, venue access, and the return leg

Name the exit

UBS Arena publishes lot-specific access rules across several parking areas. Tell your chauffeur which exit you expect to use.

Venue information isn't our procedure

What a venue publishes about its own access rules doesn't establish where we may pick up, drop off, or stage — ask for that plan in writing before the night.

Treat finish time as an estimate

Hourly holds a vehicle for a known block; a scheduled second leg may suit a fixed finish better.

Standby without the full minimum

Whether a vehicle can be held on standby for a shorter block than the 3-hour hourly minimum is confirmed case by case at quote.

Accessibility & family

Accessibility and multigenerational planning

Say what's needed at booking

Child seats, extra luggage space, meet-and-greet, and mobility needs should be confirmed before the vehicle is assigned — not negotiated at the curb.

Child seats, $25 per seat

Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats on request, with the child's age and weight given 48 hours ahead.

Pets ride along

Dogs and cats travel in all vehicles at no additional fee — mention it at booking so the vehicle is prepared.

Destination-side accessibility

Jones Beach and Robert Moses both publish free beach wheelchairs, and UBS Arena publishes an accessibility hotline (UBS Arena). None of that describes what we can do for you — ask.

Door-to-door assistance

Chauffeurs assist between the vehicle and the curb; assistance to a building lobby or clinic entrance is confirmed case by case — raise it at booking so it's arranged in advance.

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles

Availability is confirmed for your specific date and pickup at quote — ask when you book so the right vehicle is reserved.

Passenger count and luggage count are separate numbers — beach gear, wine cases, strollers, and golf clubs all push the decision regardless of head count. Size hourly work for the whole day, not just the first leg. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch explains the substitution before pickup, not at the curb. See the full fleet page for every class.

Weddings & groups

Weddings, groups, and multi-vehicle days

Wedding transportationis a full-day plan built with your planner — party pickups, staggered ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttle loops, and a dedicated departure vehicle under one booking, with 2 to 4 weeks' notice recommended and earlier for Gold Coast estate venues from May through October. For other events, 2 to 4 weeks is typical, or 4 to 6 weeks for five or more vehicles — see event transportation. Venues set their own gate, loading, and curfew rules — get those in writing for the dispatcher.

Pricing

How pricing works

Airport transfers are flat-rate, and quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with gratuity optional and no surge pricing. From JFK, Nassau County runs from $145 in an Executive Sedan or $175 in an Executive SUV; Suffolk County is a flat $250 sedan / $340 SUV. When a booking touches Manhattan, the congestion toll is built into the quote as well. Point-to-point is a single fixed price based on pickup, destination, vehicle class, and time of day. Hourly is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum and 30-minute extensions. Published rates change, so price your date, addresses, and vehicle in the booking form for the confirmed figure.

Quote-readiness checklist: date · pickup window · pickup address and entrance · drop-off · stops in order · passenger count · bag count · vehicle class · service format · return or not · flight, train, or sailing details · child-seat and accessibility requests.

What happens if…

Settle these at booking, not on the night.

Your flight shifts

Wait time is measured from recorded arrival rather than scheduled time.

The event runs long

Wait time between stops is included in hourly bookings. For a scheduled return, ask how a late finish is priced.

You miss a ferry, or a lift is out

Sailings are set by the ferry operator. Confirm the drop-off and any accessibility notices with the operator before you travel.

A bag fails a venue check

Jones Beach Theater publishes clear-bag limits in advance — plan what you carry, since a scheduled transfer shouldn't be assumed to be waiting nearby.

The bag count grows

Luggage volume, not seat count, decides the class.

You need to cancel

24+ hours ahead is a full refund or credit; 12–24 hours 50%; 2–12 hours 75%; under 2 hours or a no-show, full fare. Changes 24+ hours ahead are free.

An honest note

A car isn't always the right answer

UBS Arena recommends the LIRR and runs a free shuttle to Elmont–UBS Arena Station. MacArthur publishes an LIRR station just north of the terminal plus a Suffolk County Transit route. Sagamore Hill's grounds are free. A chauffeured car earns its place when you have luggage, a group, a deadline, mobility needs, a late finish, or a day that starts and ends in different places.
