Brooklyn
Car Service
Chauffeured sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans across Brooklyn — airport runs, point-to-point trips, hourly days, weddings, arena nights, and cruise transfers.
Yes, you can book a chauffeured car in Brooklyn. Chauffeur Service NYC covers DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, and surrounding areas, with hourly as-directed service covering all five boroughs.
Published: flat-rate airport transfers with instant online pricing, no surge at any hour, six vehicle classes from Executive Sedan to Jet Sprinter, complimentary wait time on every pickup type, and free cancellation 24 or more hours ahead. In Brooklyn the hard part of a trip is usually the curb, the exit, and the return rather than the destination. Pre-arranging fixes four things: the price is quoted before you travel, the vehicle class is named, the pickup point is agreed, and the return is decided early.
Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About and Credentials & Trust pages for how the service operates.

Why Brooklyn rides get booked in advance
The curb, the exit, the return
The hard part of a Brooklyn trip is usually which door you leave from, which address the car can reach, and what happens if the evening runs long.
Price fixed before the ride
The vehicle class is named, the price is quoted in advance for point-to-point and hourly trips, and nothing is added after the fact.
Continuity where it's published
On hourly / as-directed bookings, the chauffeur stays with you throughout with no rebooking between stops. On a scheduled transfer, don't assume the same.
The return, decided early
Book the return leg with the outbound trip so the end of the night doesn't become its own project.
Built for how Brooklyn actually moves
Residents book early departures. Visitors book arrivals and evenings out. Families plan around strollers and beach gear. Wedding parties and groups arrive together.
Assistance available on request
Older adults and passengers with mobility needs can ask at booking what assistance is available, so it's arranged in advance rather than at the curb.
Choose the right service format
What are you doing in Brooklyn?
Catching a flight
Point-to-point with flight number and terminal; wait time runs from actual landing, not the schedule.
A Barclays Center night
Book the outbound leg and the return, and give the entrance you expect to exit from.
A beach day
Coolers and strollers argue for an SUV; confirm the return address when you book.
A wedding
Ask for a full-day plan covering party pickups, ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttles, and a departure vehicle — see wedding transportation.
A cruise
Give ship, pier, and sailing time, and confirm the drop-off procedure in advance.
Dinner, a BAM show, or a museum morning
Decide whether the car waits or returns before you book the format.
A medical appointment or regional trip
Book round trip, ask what assistance is available, and have the out-of-town leg quoted point-to-point.

Parks, waterfront, and beach days
Verified July 31, 2026. Give an exit address, not just a park name — Brooklyn's green spaces are big enough that entrance and exit can be far apart.
Prospect Park
585 acres, open daily 6 a.m.–1 a.m., playgrounds close 9 p.m. (Prospect Park Alliance). Enter at Grand Army Plaza, finish near Park Circle — give an exit address, not “Prospect Park.”
Brooklyn Bridge Park
85-acre waterfront park, free entry, open 6 a.m.–1 a.m.; Pier 2 open 8 a.m.–11 p.m., Pier 5 6 a.m.–11 p.m. (Brooklyn Bridge Park). Give a pier number and a street-side meeting point.
Domino Park
15 River Street in Williamsburg, open daily 6 a.m.–11 p.m.
Coney Island Beach & Boardwalk
Nearly three miles of sand, Corbin Place to West 37th Street (NYC Parks). City beaches open Memorial Day weekend through September 13, 2026, lifeguards daily 10 a.m.–6 p.m., swimming prohibited off-duty (NYC Parks). Give the drop-off address and decide the return early.
Green-Wood Cemetery
Main entrance at Fifth Avenue and 25th Street, open 7 a.m.–7 p.m. to vehicles, with a second entrance at Fourth Avenue and 35th Street — gate hours, not park hours.
NYC Ferry landings
East River route calls at Greenpoint, North and South Williamsburg, and DUMBO/Fulton Ferry; South Brooklyn route calls at Atlantic Ave/BBP Pier 6, Red Hook, Sunset Park, and Bay Ridge (East River, South Brooklyn). If travelling one way by ferry, give the landing name and sailing you intend to catch.
Museums, gardens, and arts
What's on this season
Confirmed dates as of July 31, 2026 — event schedules shift, so verify before you travel.
Build your Brooklyn itinerary
Illustrative examples only — not operational promises or quoted plans. Paste this into the quote form: pickup address and entrance · start time · stops in order with dwell time · deadlines · passengers, bags, strollers, mobility equipment · final drop-off.
Two hours
Brooklyn Museum, then a Park Slope drop — below the published 3-hour hourly minimum, so describe the plan and ask which format fits.
Half a day, hourly
Brooklyn Botanic Garden entering at 990 Washington Avenue, lunch in Prospect Heights, then Brooklyn Bridge Park at Pier 5.
A beach day
Coney Island within lifeguard hours, then a Bay Ridge drop.
An evening
Dinner in Fort Greene, then a Bandshell show with a named perimeter address.
Airports, cruise, ferry, venue, and regional connections
No drive times appear here on purpose. Brooklyn travel time moves with time of day, crossing choice, event exits, weather, stop count, and roadwork — NYC DOT publishes ongoing BQE advisories. Flat airport rates and exact routing are confirmed for your specific pickup address at quote; see airport transfers for how pickups work curb-side and inside the terminal.
Event nights, arena exits, and the return leg
Name the door
Barclays Center publishes several entrances, including a temporarily closed Flatbush Entrance. Tell your chauffeur which exit you expect to use.
Know what the arena publishes
Barclays Center states two drop-off/pick-up zones on Atlantic Avenue and one on Flatbush — venue information, confirmed with our operations team for the pickup procedure we use at your booking.
Treat finish time as an estimate
Hourly holds a vehicle for a known block; a scheduled second leg may suit a fixed finish better.
Standby without the full minimum
Whether a vehicle can be held on standby for a shorter block than the 3-hour hourly minimum is confirmed case by case at quote — ask when you book a post-event return.
Accessibility and multigenerational planning
Say what's needed at booking
Child seats, extra luggage space, meet-and-greet, and mobility needs should be confirmed before the vehicle is assigned — not negotiated at the curb.
Child seats, $25 per seat
Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats on request, with the child's age and weight given 48 hours ahead.
Pets ride along
Dogs and cats travel in all vehicles at no additional fee — mention it at booking so the vehicle is prepared.
Destination-side accessibility
Brooklyn Museum's Access-A-Ride drop-off is the traffic circle off Eastern Parkway; Barclays Center's Access-A-Ride stop is on the south side of Atlantic Avenue between Fort Greene Avenue and 6th Avenue, with wheelchair assistance from entries on a first-come basis (Barclays Center). None of that describes what we can do for you — ask.
Door-to-door assistance
Chauffeurs assist between the vehicle and the curb; assistance to a building lobby or clinic entrance is confirmed case by case — raise it at booking so it's arranged in advance.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Availability is confirmed for your specific date and pickup at quote — ask when you book so the right vehicle is reserved.
Choosing the vehicle, and passengers versus luggage
Passenger count and luggage count are separate numbers — beach gear, strollers, instrument cases, garment bags, and cruise luggage all push the decision regardless of head count. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch explains the substitution before pickup, not at the curb. See the full fleet page for every class.
Weddings, groups, and multi-vehicle days
Wedding transportationis a full-day plan built with your planner — party pickups, staggered ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttle loops, and a dedicated departure vehicle under one booking, with 2 to 4 weeks' notice recommended and earlier from May through October. For other events, 2 to 4 weeks is typical, or 4 to 6 weeks for five or more vehicles — see event transportation. High-demand dates may carry extended cancellation terms, disclosed before confirmation.
How pricing works
Airport transfers are flat-rate, and quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with gratuity optional and no surge pricing. When a booking touches an airport, any airport access fee is built into the quote as well. Point-to-point is a single fixed price based on pickup, destination, vehicle class, and time of day. Hourly is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum and 30-minute extensions. Published rates change, so price your date, addresses, and vehicle in the booking form for the confirmed figure.
Quote-readiness checklist: date · pickup window · pickup address and entrance · drop-off · stops in order · passenger count · bag count · vehicle class · service format · return or not · flight, sailing, or event details · child-seat and accessibility requests.
What happens if…
Settle these at booking, not on the night.
Your flight shifts
Wait time is measured from recorded arrival rather than scheduled time.
The event runs long
Wait time between stops is included in hourly bookings. For a scheduled return, ask how a late finish is priced.
Your pickup is on Eastern Parkway on August 22
Summer Streets closes that corridor 9 a.m.–5 p.m. — we'll move the pickup to a side street.
An entrance is closed
Barclays Center's Flatbush Entrance and BBG's Eastern Parkway entrance are both temporarily closed — give us your exact pickup address, and ask in writing how a change of pickup point is handled.
The bag count grows
Luggage volume, not seat count, decides the class.
You need to cancel
24+ hours ahead is a full refund or credit; 12–24 hours 50%; 2–12 hours 75%; under 2 hours or a no-show, full fare.
A car isn't always the right answer
NYC Ferry serves eight Brooklyn landings; Brooklyn Bridge Park and city beaches are free; most Celebrate Brooklyn! shows are free; and the cruise terminal advises public transportation for arrival. A car earns its place when you have luggage, a group, a deadline, mobility needs, a late finish, or a plan that starts and ends in different places.
