Its far-west location -- six long blocks from Times Square and four from Penn Station -- makes taxi and rideshare availability inconsistent, especially during major conventions when tens of thousands of attendees compete for rides simultaneously.

Pickup and Drop-off at Javits Center
Javits Center's far-west location creates unique transportation challenges. Your chauffeur knows the 11th Avenue flow and staging areas.
Drop-off
Primary drop-off on 11th Avenue between 34th and 40th Streets. Main entrance faces 11th Avenue at 36th Street. For the expansion wing, use the 40th Street entrance.
End-of-Day Pickup
Chauffeur stages on 11th Avenue south of 34th or on 36th Street between 11th and 12th. Convention end-of-day surges between 5:00-6:30 PM -- text 10 minutes before you exit.
Multi-Day Coordination
Trade shows run 3-5 days. We provide consistent morning pickup and evening return with the same chauffeur when possible. Schedule all days with a single booking -- adjust times daily via text.
Airport Connections
JFK, LGA, and EWR transfers with direct service to Javits. Hotel transfers between Midtown properties and Javits are 10-20 minutes depending on crosstown traffic.
