Greenwich owns two islands roughly two miles off Greenwich Harbor — Great Captain Island and Island Beach — served by three town ferries, the Island Beach, Indian Harbor, and Islander II, running from the beginning of June through mid-September (Town of Greenwich). Island Beach is a 3.9-acre town-owned island reachable only by that seasonal ferry, and both ferry tickets and beach passes are required (Town of Greenwich).

The ticketing rules catch visitors out. A Ferry Ridership Ticket requires either a OnePass with an active Seasonal Park Pass or a Single Entry Park Ticket, and the town states plainly that Single Entry Tickets are not sold at the Arch Street Ferry Dock (Town of Greenwich). Non-account holders buy Single Entry Park/Ferry Combo Tickets online Monday to Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m., or in person at the Cos Cob Dockmaster Office at 94 Strickland Road on Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 a.m.–1 p.m. The dock is at 100 Arch Street. That is a lot of moving parts before boarding — a booked drop at the dock and a booked collection after the last sailing removes the parking-kiosk question entirely.

On the mainland, Greenwich Point Park — "Tod's Point" — is a 147.3-acre town-owned beach and recreation facility in Old Greenwich, the former estate of J. Kennedy Tod, with the Innis Arden Cottage, the Seaside Garden, and the Old Greenwich Yacht Club (Town of Greenwich). The same source publishes Great Captain Island at 17.2 acres with an 1868 lighthouse; Binney Park at 33 acres in Old Greenwich; Byram Park with a beach, pool, marina, and boat launch; Mianus River Park at 109.7 acres in Greenwich plus 110.3 in adjacent Stamford, with no camping or picnic facilities; and Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich Harbor, used for summer concerts. A car that drops and returns and a car that waits are two different bookings — say which you want when you quote.

Westchester County Airport (HPN) is the nearest commercial field, and its rules shape the pickup. Its main terminal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, does not close for inclement weather, and encourages arrival two hours before departure — five scheduled airlines serve it: American, BermudAir, Breeze, Delta, and jetBlue (HPN). The airport publishes that arriving passengers may arrange transportation with any company licensed by the Westchester County Taxi & Limousine Commission or any taxi service licensed in Harrison, North Castle, Rye Brook, or White Plains, and that trips should be prearranged (HPN). For general aviation, HPN names Million Air, Atlantic Aviation, and Signature Flight Support as full-service FBOs, with Wings Air for helicopters and Tradewind Aviation for charters and shuttle flights (HPN). No drive times or routes appear here on purpose: corridor travel time moves with hour, weather, and construction. Ask dispatch for a departure window in writing.

Wedding transportationis a full-day plan built with your planner — party pickups, staggered ceremony arrivals, photo transfers, guest shuttle loops, and a departure vehicle under one booking, with 2 to 4 weeks' notice recommended. Greenwich venues, clubs, and private estates set their own gate, loading, staging, and curfew rules, and town parks add pass layers on top. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, an approved vehicle list, or a restricted arrival window, send that to dispatch early.

Airport transfers are flat-rate, and quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with gratuity optional and no surge pricing. When a booking touches Manhattan's Congestion Relief Zone — Manhattan south of and including 60th Street (MTA) — the congestion toll is treated as a toll inside the all-inclusive quote, never billed separately. Point-to-point is a single fixed price based on pickup, destination, vehicle class, and time of day. Hourly is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum and 30-minute extensions. No page publishes a standard Greenwich origin rate — price your exact date and route in the booking form.

For one lightly loaded person between two stations, Metro-North's New Haven Line does the job well (MTA), and Greenwich station is fully accessible.
