Nassau County
Car Service
Chauffeured sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans across Nassau County — airport transfers, LIRR station runs, arena and concert nights, beach and Gold Coast days, weddings and groups.
You can request a chauffeured car anywhere in Nassau County. Chauffeur Service NYC covers Long Island as part of its hourly as-directed region alongside the five boroughs, Westchester, northern New Jersey, and southwestern Connecticut. No page states an exact boundary, so confirm your address at booking.
Published: flat-rate airport transfers with instant online pricing — from JFK, Nassau runs from $145 sedan / $175 SUV, all-inclusive — no surge at any hour, six vehicle classes from Executive Sedan to Jet Sprinter, complimentary wait time on every pickup type, and free cancellation 24 or more hours ahead. Nassau is a county of very different journeys: a pre-dawn South Shore airport run, a Mineola medical morning, an Elmont arena night, a Gold Coast wedding, and a Long Beach summer day are five problems with different vehicles, finish times, and curb realities. Pre-arranging settles the price, the vehicle class, the pickup point, and whether a return exists.
Licensed, insured for-hire ground transportation. See our About and Credentials & Trust pages for how the service operates.

Why Nassau rides are arranged in advance
One county, many different trips
A South Shore airport run, a Mineola medical morning, an Elmont arena night, and a Gold Coast wedding differ in vehicle, finish time, and curb reality — pre-arranging settles each in advance.
Price fixed before the ride
The vehicle class is named, the price is quoted in advance for point-to-point and hourly trips, and nothing is added after the fact.
Continuity where it's published
On hourly / as-directed bookings, the chauffeur stays with you throughout with no rebooking between stops. Two separately booked legs are two bookings — don't assume the same car returns.
The return, decided early
Book the return leg with the outbound trip so the end of an arena night, wedding, or beach day doesn't become its own project.
Stations differ sharply
Mineola publishes a staffed ticket office and waiting area; Elmont-UBS Arena publishes neither. Naming the station and branch is what makes a rail meet work.
Assistance available on request
Older adults and passengers with mobility needs can ask at booking what assistance is available, so it's arranged in advance rather than at the curb.
Choose the right service format
What are you doing in Nassau?
Catching a flight
Point-to-point with flight number and terminal; wait time runs from landing.
Meeting a train
Give the station and the branch, not just the town.
An arena or concert night
Name the venue and expected finish; venue rules apply, not preference.
A wedding or milestone
Ask for the whole day quoted under one booking — see wedding transportation.
A beach day
Coolers, chairs, and umbrellas may need a larger class — name the beach when you book.
A medical or campus visit
Give the building and entrance or visitor lot, not the institution name.
A Manhattan or Brooklyn leg
Ask for both directions priced at booking.
A trip further east
Say so early — the county line is not the end of Long Island.
Places people book from: Garden City · Great Neck · Manhasset · Port Washington · Roslyn · Glen Cove · Oyster Bay · Syosset · Hicksville · Westbury · Mineola · Hempstead · Uniondale · Elmont · Rockville Centre · Freeport · Merrick · Massapequa · Long Beach. That maps where Nassau travel is organized — it is not a stated boundary, so confirm your specific address at booking. Trips starting or ending in Manhattan or Brooklyn have their own service-area pages; ask for the trip to be quoted end to end.
Where this page ends and the Long Island page begins
This page is for trips starting or finishing inside Nassau County. If your pickup is in Suffolk or on the East End, the Long Island page and the Hamptons page are the better starting points; if your trip is really an airport job, the JFK and LaGuardia pages are.
Queens is the other boundary worth naming. An address on either side of that line is a different jurisdiction with different parking and curb rules, even when it feels like the same neighborhood. Give the full street address with ZIP and the village or hamlet as it appears on your mail — a mailing address is not always the municipality — and ask for the quote to reflect that exact address.
LIRR: give the branch, not just the town
Verified July 31, 2026. The MTA describes the LIRR as the busiest commuter railroad in North America, carrying approximately 250,000 customers each weekday (MTA).
Station detail matters more than the headline number. Give the station, the branch, and the actual train, and confirm the meeting point at booking. A car earns its place at the ends of a rail trip: reaching a platform with luggage or a group, and leaving one for somewhere the timetable misses.
JFK, LaGuardia, MacArthur, and beyond
Newark and Teterboro have their own pages too — see all airports. No drive times or route instructions appear here on purpose; travel time moves with day, hour, weather, and roadwork. Ask dispatch for a departure window in writing.
UBS Arena, Belmont Park, and event nights
UBS Arena publishes that limousines, buses, and taxi, black-car, and ride-share pickups may not occupy lined parking spaces. Oversized-vehicle parking must be pre-purchased, entering at Gate 5 Road off Hempstead Turnpike, with guests dropped in Silver C lot before the vehicle proceeds to its designated area, and questions emailed to the arena no less than 72 hours before an event. Parking opens two hours before doors and closes 90 minutes after events; tailgating is prohibited; and parking on many nearby residential streets is prohibited. Accessibility is published alongside: 28 accessible spaces each in Diamond and Silver, 36 in Emerald, plus spaces in the Belmont Park Garage, with ADA shuttles and on-demand vans while parking areas are open (UBS Arena). Those are the arena's rules, not ours — agree your pickup arrangement in writing at booking, before the night.
Racing is the plan to check first. NYRA publishes that Belmont Park is closed to the public until the new facility opens, with live racing returning in fall 2026 and opening day on September 18, 2026 (NYRA). At Nassau Coliseum, the venue's calendar lists an August 22 and a September 13 event (Nassau Coliseum). Give the event name and expected finish when you book — that, not the postcode, shapes an evening pickup.
Beaches, parks, and the summer county
Jones Beach State Park
Publishes parking fields 1–6 and 10, tunnels under Ocean Parkway connecting fields 3, 4, and 5 to the beachfront, accessible parking in fields 1, 2, and 6, mobility mats at several locations, and free beach wheelchairs first come, first served at Zach's Bay only. The beachfront closes at sunset, swimming is allowed only when lifeguards are on duty, a vehicle use fee applies, and no pets are allowed year-round (NYS Parks). A per-vehicle fee is a reason to consolidate a group.
Northwell at Jones Beach Theater
States all events are mobile entry only, limits bags to clear totes no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches or small 6-by-9-inch clutches, and states any non-compliant bag must be returned to your vehicle; all points of sale accept credit or debit only (Jones Beach Theater). "Return it to your vehicle" does not work if your vehicle has left — decide beforehand whether the car waits.
County campgrounds
Nassau's parks department publishes two campgrounds — Claremont Road in Old Bethpage and 880 Lido Boulevard in Lido Beach — both requiring reservations and a driver's license at registration (Nassau County).
Gold Coast houses, gardens, and quiet days
Old Westbury Gardens
All visitors must use 71 Old Westbury Road for admission, with regular hours April 1–October 31, 2026, daily 10 a.m.–6 p.m., closed Tuesdays, and final admission at 4 p.m. for non-members. Tickets must be bought in advance online except by members and library pass holders; a group is 15 adults or more; and Westbury House and the gravel garden paths are published as not wheelchair accessible (Old Westbury Gardens).
Sagamore Hill
The National Historic Site publishes grounds open daily from sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset with no fee, the Roosevelt Home open for tours by advance reservation only, and the Old Orchard Museum open Thursday 1–4:30 p.m. and Friday–Sunday 12–4:30 p.m. (National Park Service). Reservation-only tours are a fixed anchor: build the pickup around the ticket.
Shopping is genuine transport demand too, from Americana Manhasset to Roosevelt Field in Garden City. These are destination categories, not partners — no relationship with any venue named on this page is claimed.
Weddings, campuses, and medical trips
Weddings
The Garden City Hotel publishes 269 guest rooms and suites and describes itself as a wedding, meeting, and social-event property (Garden City Hotel). Bring a confirmed guest count and a run-of-show; 2 to 4 weeks' notice is recommended, or 4 to 6 weeks for five or more vehicles — see wedding transportation.
Campuses
Hofstra publishes visitor directions covering driving, the LIRR, NICE buses, and campus shuttles (Hofstra). Name the building and the visitor lot, not the university.
Medical trips
Nassau's hospital campuses are large, multi-entrance sites where the right door matters more than the address. Give the building, entrance, and department, and say at booking if a wheelchair, walker, or other equipment travels so the right vehicle is assigned.
Build your Nassau itinerary
Illustrative examples only — not operational promises or quoted plans. Paste this into the quote form: pickup address with ZIP and village · start time · stops in order with dwell time · deadlines · passenger, bag, and gear counts · drop-off · return or not.
An airport morning
One fixed leg from a named Garden City street to a JFK terminal, priced point-to-point.
An arena night
An Elmont drop before doors, with the pickup arrangement agreed in writing and the return booked with the outbound.
A beach-and-concert day
Hourly from the 3-hour minimum, so the car — and everything in it — stays with you between the sand and the show.
Vehicles, luggage, and equipment
Luggage volume, not seat count, usually decides between SUV and Sprinter — and beach gear, strollers, and golf clubs take trunk space seat counts don't describe. Large vehicles also face venue restrictions sedans do not. If the exact model is unavailable, dispatch explains the substitution before pickup, not at the curb. See the full fleet page for every class.
How pricing works
Airport transfers are flat-rate, and quotes are all-inclusive of tolls, parking, and fuel, with gratuity optional and no surge pricing. From JFK, Nassau County runs from $145 in an Executive Sedan or $175 in an Executive SUV. When a booking touches Manhattan, the congestion toll is treated as a toll inside the all-inclusive quote — never billed separately. Point-to-point is a single fixed price based on pickup, destination, vehicle class, and time of day. Hourly is billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum and 30-minute extensions. Price your exact date and route in the booking form for a confirmed figure.
Quote-readiness checklist: date · pickup window · pickup address with ZIP and village · drop-off plus building or entrance · stops in order · passenger and bag counts · vehicle class · format · return leg · flight or train details · child seats, mobility needs, pets, gear · event name and expected finish.
What happens if…
Settle these at booking, not on the night.
Your flight moves
Airport wait time runs from actual recorded arrival, not the schedule — 60 minutes domestic, 90 international.
The arena restricts black-car pickups
UBS Arena publishes that black-car pickups may not occupy lined spaces, with a 72-hour email route for oversized vehicles. Agree the arrangement before the event.
You planned around racing at Belmont
NYRA publishes the park as closed to the public until the new facility opens, with opening day September 18, 2026. Check the date first.
Your bag fails the clear-bag check
Jones Beach Theater states non-compliant bags must be returned to your vehicle. Decide in advance whether the car waits.
You're collecting from Elmont-UBS Arena station
The MTA states there is no waiting room and no ticket office there. Fix the meeting point in advance.
You need to cancel
24+ hours ahead is a full refund or credit; 12–24 hours 50%; 2–12 hours 75%; under 2 hours or a no-show, full fare. Changes 24+ hours ahead are free.
Accessibility and multigenerational planning
Say what's needed at booking
Child seats, extra luggage space, meet-and-greet, and mobility needs should be confirmed before the vehicle is assigned — not negotiated at the curb.
Child seats, $25 per seat
Rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats on request, with the child's age and weight given 48 hours ahead.
Pets ride along
Dogs and cats travel in all vehicles at no additional fee — mention it at booking so the vehicle is prepared. Note that Jones Beach itself publishes a year-round no-pets rule.
Destination-side accessibility
Published access varies widely: Jones Beach publishes mobility mats and free beach wheelchairs at Zach's Bay (NYS Parks), UBS Arena publishes accessible space counts and on-demand vans (UBS Arena), and Old Westbury Gardens publishes that its house and gravel paths are not wheelchair accessible (Old Westbury Gardens). None of that describes what we can do for you — ask.
Door-to-door assistance
Chauffeurs assist between the vehicle and the curb; assistance to a door, path, or lobby is confirmed case by case — raise it at booking so it's arranged in advance.
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles
Availability is confirmed for your specific date and pickup at quote — ask when you book so the right vehicle is reserved.
A car isn't always the right answer
The LIRR serves stations across the county (MTA). For local buses, Nassau Inter-County Express publishes a regular fare of $3.00, a senior and disabled fare of $1.50, and a children and student fare of $2.25, plus summer schedules and a Jones Beach 2026 daily beach service (NICE). A chauffeured car earns its place with luggage, a group, gear, a fixed deadline, a mobility need, a late finish, or a day that ends where the timetable does not go.
