Once streets close, no private vehicle, taxi or black car is permitted inside the barricades.
If your hotel, restaurant or gala is inside or immediately adjacent to the Times Square zone, you will need to walk between the venue's designated pedestrian checkpoint and a legal vehicle staging point outside the perimeter. Share the establishment's guest access instructions when you book so dispatch and your chauffeur can agree on a realistic drop-off and post-midnight collection point.

Details to include when requesting your December 31 quote

Only before NYPD street closures take effect. Once police barricades close a block to vehicular traffic, guests must enter on foot through designated NYPD checkpoints with proof of hotel or venue reservation, and meet the vehicle outside the perimeter.
What happens if we leave our party earlier or later than planned?
Point-to-point pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. If your departure time is uncertain, an hourly as-directed booking gives you a dedicated vehicle held across your window; otherwise call dispatch at 347-321-9929 as early as possible to check if a schedule adjustment is available.
What is the cancellation policy for holiday and event bookings?
Standard reservations cancel free 24+ hours before pickup (50% fee at 12–24 hours, 75% at 2–12 hours, 100% under 2 hours or no-show). Any special high-demand notice terms for multi-vehicle or holiday charters are disclosed in writing before you confirm.
