U.S. citizens and Global Entry: 10–20 min. Non-U.S. passports: 30–60 min. Peak afternoon hours (2–6 PM) at T4 can push waits longer. Our 60-minute wait time accounts for this.
Baggage Claim
Baggage appears 15–30 min after clearing immigration at T4. Oversize items come out at a separate carousel. Once you have bags, walk to the curb — your chauffeur is already positioned.
Meet-and-Greet
A greeter waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, assists with luggage carts, and walks you to your vehicle. Available at T4 and New T1. Request when booking.

Pet-Friendly JFK Transfers
Pets welcome in all vehicles
Small and medium pets ride in the cabin with you — no carrier required for dogs under 25 lbs, though a carrier is recommended for cats and smaller animals. Larger dogs are comfortably accommodated in our SUVs and Sprinters. No additional pet fee.
What to tell us when booking
Let us know the type and size of your pet when you book so we can assign the right vehicle and prepare accordingly. We place a protective cover on the rear seat and make sure there's extra room for carriers or crates if needed.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to the base fare.
Free modifications
Flight changed? Terminal moved? Adjust your pickup time, terminal, or destination at no extra charge — just let us know before your chauffeur is dispatched.
Payment methods

Booking lead time
